My little man has inspired me to do many things - one of them is to get back in the habit of being healthy.
This week I won a free week of The Fresh Diet (check them out on facebook, twitter, or www.thefreshdiet.com). I am going to be calling on Monday to set up my daily delivery of The Fresh Diet and blog my experience through my free week and beyond! My hopes are this diet will give me the energy to not just get through my day as a middle school teacher and mom of a 5-month old but also to get in shape by walking or urban hiking.
So, you ask, how did I win this free week worth over $300? Well, The Fresh Diet infamous facebook leader, Jim, posts contests. One this week was to caption a picture of employees. Three people won a free week. My winning caption was - "Ray...one of the only men on Earth who feels incredibly uncomfortable smashed between two gorgeous women." What can I say...the man looked awkward...and scared...all the same time!
